Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In unused condition
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (if your order did not include a packing slip, please include your order confirmation when emailing us)
Because our products are personal care tools, items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection or exposed to water or hair products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Starting a Return

Please note:
- All returns must be approved before being sent back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not functioning as intended, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What Qualifies as a Defect
An item may be considered defective if:
- It does not function upon arrival
- It arrives damaged
- A key component is missing
Issues resulting from normal use or handling after delivery are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection
- Items that have been exposed to hair products (oil, serum, shampoo, etc.)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You may be responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
This EU policy does not affect your statutory rights.
